I have a Prismatic Blade of Turning, and I intend to have the SSS in the
near future. I realize these weapons aren't exactly standard faire for
most bards, but I'm looking more towards an "is this ever possible" than
an "is it always the case that" type of answer. Pre-50 caps are about (or
exactly, I don't remember) the same for weapon skills, so the gap could
only be closed post-50 (with our increased skills) anyway.
