I think that mine is:

/pause 31, /cast <heal>
/pause 2, /stopsong
/pause 61, /cast <clarity>
/pause 2, /stopsong
/em taps his foot to the beat

to allow two pulses of clarity before starting anew. The tapping lets me
know it's time to hit the button again.

I believe this is what I have for my downtime setup. You might have to
tweak the pause time.

/pause 30, /cast <heal>
/stopsong
/pause 30, /cast <clarity>
/stopsong
/pause 30, /cast <clarity>

Though with this, you'll have to manually turn off clarity before you
restart your macro. I thought I had a better way to do it, but I wiped my
opt files a little while back due to crashes, so I'll have to re-think this
though.
