the people with the lower exp penalty (or exp bonus) who were shouldering part<br/>
of the load of the higher exp penalty from some other classes.  so that halfling<br/>
warrior your bard groups with will have a much bigger benefit than your bard, but<br/>
both will still benefit.</div>
