What is instill doubt anyway? I haven't got it yet (soon I think?) but have
seen no descriptions of it anywhere.

me too. i have hit the button a million times and it has never gone up. my
level 40+ bard friend says he got his to master just by using it, but i have
been unsuccessful. it basically just sits there as a macro i never use, but
wish i could.
