it was indeed stealth nerfed, it occured very recently.<br/>

Has the Mem Blur component been &quot;nerfed&quot;?  I tried Power leveling someone<br/>
the other night while camping Gate Potions in Cazic Thule.  Fought it down<br/>
to next to nothing - charmed it - and when Charm Broke - the 20&#39;ish Druid<br/>
killed it but didn&#39;t get the XP.  I thought that was &quot;the Program&quot;.<br/>
