Well as to a /w all bard count... i have a couple comments

First, bards are one of the fashionable twinks right now, just like sks and
pallies.. because of the xp patch in part i'm sure ... but I also notice
these things go in waves. before this it was rogues.. and then warriors
before that .. and chanters. I'm betting on mages being in the next go
round. Bards are fairly easy to twink equipment wise as well, which is
appealing to a lot of people.

Second, bards are a lot more challenging (even twinked) than most people
know and I dont believe most of those twinks will make it past level 30.

But I could be way off base :)
