I "know" because I was in the same room the day before, mezzing/charming the
mobs with my normal 143? (you;d think I know this) CHA. I could not 2 hands
locked down with any high degree of sucess. (getting 33% ish resists) With
183 cha I was getting almost no resists. I have better things to do than
make log files and waste a few hours of my EQ time. I just do my studies
through practical experience.

Before someone asks, the mobs I mezzed were not debuffed before. I asked
