How does it compare framerate wise with the summoning animation? I saw
three people die in Kelethin last nite because they were running across a
bridge, hit the are of summoning animation where a guy was standing right at
the end of a bridge summoning, turned and fell off. I barely avoided the
same fate moments before. I was running along, hit the animation area
(Where it filled the screen) and slowed to about 50% speed, thru my timing
on the turn way off. Guess that'll teach me to use selo with Drum on the
2nd level of Kelethin!

True.

It gets pretty gaudy being a bard. White dots, vortexes, sparkles, etc.
Also gets pretty rough on the framerate. Most folks that group often with a
bard, and even the bard, tend to turn Particles to LOW or OFF after a while.
