for an extended duration.  Its nice that it has an icon now, but no text<br/>
message is somewhat a nuicance, but not nearly as ANNOYING as the cleric<br/>
buff noise it makes when pulsing it 2 times with 1 pulse of VoV<br/>

Things changed:<br/>
 - Have some initial numbers for March of the Wee (52);<br/>
 - Noted Catana (34) stamina effects.<br/>
 - Occlusion(55) is a -MR/HR/CR debuff song, not what is given.<br/>
 - Fixed Song of Twlight notes.<br/>
 - March of the Wee (52) does not stack with CoB (1) or Guardian <br/>
Rythms (17).<br/>
 - Song of Highsun (56) does not require wind instrument, and removes <br/>
2 buffs against a PC.<br/>
 - Dennons Desp Dirge (43) and Song of Midnight are AE centered on <br/>
target; added time restriction to notes.<br/>
 - Song of Twilight (53) interrupts casting mobs.<br/>
 - Added 20 mana song.<br/>
 - Modified Denon&#39;s Desperate Dirge (43) but numbers not verified.<br/>
 - Occlusion of Sound (55) does not interrupt casts.<br/>
