Ah yea. I forgot about the lizards. :-P

Just remember the level limitations of charm:
Solon's Song of the Sirens: 37 and under
Solon's Bewitching Bravura: Cannot be higher than your level up to 51st

Also, it's been posted here for certain mobs, like Ice Giants, you have a
better chance of charming if you are in melee range.

Regardless, make sure you keep your Selo's Accelerando (if outdoors)
running if you aren't sure whether you can charm the NPC.
