My hand to hand is currently 48, and my tracking is currently 51. So, umm, no =)
In case anyone doesnt know what the formula for hand to hand is, its Lvl * 3 +
3.
A lvl 10 bard will have a Max hand to hand of 33. I'm 95% sure this is the
correct formula for it.
