They drop in Velektors, of a frenzied "something" spider thingie (dont
recall the correct name apart from the frenzied part) Ive seen 2 pairs drop
so I dont think they will continue to be rare.
To answer another question. Several people have reported that the haste
effect on them dont work. I havent parsed any logs myself (I know I should
*grin*) so I dont know.
The rumour is that when they are fixed they will be around 22%-30% haste.
