Have 6 Bards in your raid, each play a 05% slow on top of a Shammies slow<br/>
and the Bards have added some real value. Since the stacking would be<br/>
relative you&#39;d only get down to about 35% speed versus 10%, but that would<br/>
still be phenomenal<br/>

Actually the Ervaj songs (50 and 60) do stack with all forms of haste,<br/>
spell/song or item, so they can do it if they wanted to. <br/>
