I sure seemed like I was getting a lot more 30ish and 40ish hits, but no<br/>
solid evidence. I think I hit 51 for the first time with my BOH though.<br/>

A lower level Bard in our guild said his solo fear-kiting time was much<br/>
more efficient.<br/>
