I have seen it go for another 3 hours from now. The time they give is by no
means set in stone, although the past 6 patches have been completed on or
before the announced time. I learned a long time ago never to take vacation
anywhere near patch day and never rush home from work on patch day unless
you know the server is up. there are several tools and web sites that
monitor if your server, chat or login server up and running. Maybe you
should head to one of those to see if it is up or not.
