No not really. The first charm song you get only works on NPCs not Pets. So
once you have a pet you have to wait until it fades before you can add it
again.. Playing a bard requries you to move and smash the keyboard, better
get used to it, hehe.
The level 39 song last around a minute, but use your mana so unless you have
insane mana regen you will run out.
Charm kiting using first charm song (As I recall it)

1. Hit selo (or get a sow)
2. Charm your intended pet
3. Sic pet on mob
4. retarget pet (F1,F1)
5. Repeat from one until Pet is low on health (keep out of their melee
range)
6. When pet is low on health, use Bellow DOTS (AE or DD) and selo to finish
it of so you get the exp.

It will get much easier when you get the 1 min charm song and even easier if
you have a sow or when you get 1 min selo

If a bard charms, can he simply keep the song targetted on the mob and never
have to worry about it "wearing off" the way chanters (and necros, druids,
shamen, et cetera) do?
