If you go into Crunchbone, you prolly get a Dirk for 20pp easy - maybe 15 if
lucky. In Kelethin, one was offered for 20pp. In Freep, they were going
for 40pp or best offer. All on Innoruuk server.
Or kill Dvinn and get for free. I saw a brave adventurer jump into a Dvinn
pile-on. The evil Ambassador kilt off all the higher level attackers first
then the brave adventurer musta finished him off when he was low hp. He got
the kill and the loot - not bad - he was one happy level 7 brave adventurer!

Yes, it's called Dvinn. His Dragoon Dirk is better than any
Combine weapon
except a Two Handed Sword. You can also sometimes find the
dirks for sale.
My friend bought one for 40plat last night...
