just have to make sure you are over the slot before clicking to release.<br/>

On the subject of dropping something: I almost lost my tentacle whip by dropping<br/>
it. After wandering around for 10 minutes before finding it I learned a trick<br/>
for when you drop something. The instinctive urge is to turn around and go look<br/>
for it. RESIST THIS URGE. What you want to do is stop and walk backwards looking<br/>
at the ground as it passes. This way you cover the exact same ground and are<br/>
almost assured of finding what you dropped.<br/>

So how does everyone else manage to juggling instruments/weapons and<br/>
not drop something on the ground?  I just lost a fine steel spear,<br/>
which I spent most of my bank account on (money isn&#39;t exactly prolific<br/>
at level 8).  Tried to shout and see if someone would return it, but<br/>
alas to no avail.  Yes I&#39;m using the inventory-as-hotkey method.  I<br/>
have no problem juggling 2-3 songs, but trying to switch instruments<br/>
is a serious PITA with the risk of dropping something.<br/>
