Doh, forgot the most important part. :-) Chant with a drum
should be giving you a slightly bigger str boost than Anthem
or Warsong. So if you can only twist two, the prefered two
would be Chant and Accelerando. But if Anthem is enough to
unencumber you, there's no need to swap it out for Chant.
