well the whip is around the 100pp or less range and the PGT is around the
200pp or more range. so for one you need to figure out if one is twice as
good as the other. i would go with the PGT, espcially if you have your 1h
slashing maxed and a high dexterity so it will proc more often. i think the
proc (beserker strength and temporary invulnerability) of the PGT outweighs
the 1dmg more of the whip, even at twice the price.
