Actually, I think the price difference is more because the PGT
is much harder to get than the whip (rare spawn, camped). The
dragoon dirk is better than either the PGT or BLW, but it
sells for 15-30pp because it's so easy to get one, even though
the mob that carries it is much tougher than the ones that
carry the PGT or BLW.
