No - you can't alt-tab out of EQ and it disables access to secondary
monitors in Win98 multiple monitor configurations. Verant says this is to
prevent cheating - and it is a MAJOR pain to people who "have lives"
(Nothing worse than getting a phone call from someone needing a contact
phone number and I have to tell them I'll call them back in 5-10 minutes...)

However - any programs that were launched prior to EQ continue running in
the background - so Battle Com and Roger Wilco can function...
