Jig 'o Vigor should have no effect on mana regen, to lay this poor horse to
rest.

There's been some reports of client-side display updates being a little
wonky, side effect of the stamina bar moving on some clients, or rather,
trying to move. But if you check the hard numbers over any time period,
mana regen rates are not effected by Jig.
