One thing to note, killing sisters is bad for your wood elf
faction. It's something like this:
Crushbone orcs better
Yes, that's right, your faction with CB orcs goes UP.
I think I looted one off an Orc and it very well could have been in CB.
Probably a much more rare drop in CB than OOT
