I'm afraid your wrong Bard melee is the same as any hybrid 5(level) + 5. It is definitly not 3 because that is for Necros, Magicians, Wiz, and Enchanters. ( Intell Casters )It is also definitly not 4 because that is for Cleric, Druid, Shaman. ( Wisdom Casters). Another way I know it's 5 is that Bards are a Hybrid class and all hybrids have a 5(level) + 5 skill in arms.

nope, I have to doubt that For BARDS It is definelty less than 5, whether
it is 4 or 3 I am not certain but It is not level 80 like my other skills.

Nope. Offense and Defense are 5x level. Most other skills (except HtoH) are
5x +
5.
