Well, the instigator of the quest is a rare spawn (though in a
fixed location). Be sure to report to us how it goes (with
appropriate spoiler warnings). I was actually trying to
learn if anyone had figured out the staff segment quest in
Highhold, and did a double take when I saw "lute" and "gypsy."
