I don't think it's the player so much as a lot of brand new players haven't
shaken the single-player mode syndrome yet. You'll find this a lot in crush
- they are still convinced they can solo, they are still convinced
cooperation isn't necessary, they are still convinced it's a 'competition'
with other players.

Once they get past the CB levels, most of them grow a clue.
