Nor worrying about the slightest pinprick interrupting your
spell. We have it pretty good folks - play a caster for a bit
and you'll see that it's nowhere easy as it looks. The only
casters who have it easy are the kill stealers, because they
are basically getting experience and loot for taking no risk.
