The only other idea I can think of is that it decreases the
duration of charm only. But that's extraordinarily difficult
to test since you'll need three people (you to play it, a
friend in your party, and an enchanter to charm your friend)
to test it, and you have to test it many times since charm's
duration is random anyway.

Maybe we should ask Alenia (Verant)?
