It IS in High Hold keep. Go into the keep(u zone one time) go back until u
reach a main room, to the right and left u see entances(4 in that room, 2 on
each side) go to the 2nd entrance n the left side and follow hall until u
reach a door..inside is a vendor that sells the songs. If u still cant find
it u can send me an e-mail and i can get a more accurate description for
you.
