While I can't argue as to the specifics fo this license, agreeing to a
legal document does NOT necessarily bind you to the terms put within. A
court can still find things unlawful or not within the rights of the
company to restrict.
If I have you sign a legal agreement saying I own you and all your
children, that doesn't mean I do.
