They come out of Nagafen's Lair (Solusek B)

I traded a crafted helm for mine, but I think I got a great deal, normally I
think they go for 300-500p

You can only wield it in your primary hand. It's fairly heavy and will
cause a decent amount of stamina drain (I wield it & a silvery 1h axe -
after about 3 fights in a row, I'm at 0 stamina)

Not sure what the minimum lvl to proc is.
