Selos is awesome. I am 39th with a Battledrum, and I always get tells saying
WTF?!!!! I blow by any Bard and SoW'rs may as well be sitting having a beer.
I blow by so fast I even hear shouts sayin who the heck just ran past me? I
couldnt target them they were over the horizon too fast. I can carry 160lbs
at 90 str and outrun SoW easily. Oh yeah at 30th with the drum I raced a
Shaman using Cheetah, it was a tie. He wont race me anymore because he knows
I am skill based.

One bummer, GMs have a spell called SoN (spirit of Norrath) and the same
friend raced the GM, and the GM blew him away really badly. I guess
challenging that 50th Bard GM to a race is out.

Interesting findings John. I have gotten sporadic mailings fro the lst
today so it may not be functioning correctly. I wonder if the SOW curve is
linear? I have found that I sometimes pass by druids using SOW when just
singing Selo's, although very slowly, and I am only 16th level. I wonder if
they were encumbered or if some other variable was affecting things. Twice
they /tell'd me wanting to know how I passed them when they were using SOW,
but at the time I didn't think to ask them about encumbrance.
