the electrum wakizashi is a mistmoore quest, if you /hail the avenging
caitliff in the tower, he will "glare's at you and shows his fangs while
pulling out an electrum bladed wakizashi" (he's the one that drops the
crested helm/spaulders fyi).
The quest is to go somewhere in the castle and kill the butler and the maid
and bring the caitliff their fangs, when you give him the fangs, he'll give
you the sword. Now if i can only figure out where in the castle they
are...
