Definitely NOT true. When I pick up an agility only item to go from 100 to
102 my AC definitely increases. When I get Feet like Cat cast on me to
being it up again, it also again increases. The increase is in direct
proportion to my current ac, so if I pick up the agility item while naked my
ac increases by a small amount. If I increase my agility from 100 to 102
while fully armored it increases by a larger amount.
