personnally i'd ditch the writhing staff, sure its cute looking and has a
proc, but i just dont get why a bard who relies on charisma would take a
hit to charisma intentionally. thats like a wizard using int lowering items
I could of had a staff last night in a trade but it just had so minimal
value in my eyes... i felt like if the guy was trying to sell a freezer to
someone that lives in an igloo
