It works much better at higher levels. In the low 30s, if I
don't attack, sometimes my tank friends can pull a mob I've
charmed off me in just one hit. Not only does their taunt get
better, their damage increases which really helps the mobs
forget about you.

I still end up taking the brunt of the hits if I'm using
Lullaby though.
