actually i dumped 2 points into it and for all its worth and what i've done
in it, i've gone up a whole point in it to be 32 (i hadnt had a chance to
train it till lev 30)
Oh and i scared a rat the other day while practicing my brass skill in
freeport on rats and stuff so i double feared it
the instill doubt scared it and the fear song got it too.
