Monk punches are not faster at any given level than any other. What you are
seeing here is the fact tht monks dual wield is generally higher than yours
at any given level. They get dualweld a level 1 after all so it is
perpetually maxxed. Probably wont see that much of a difference after level
24 or so when bards dual wield is maxed.. although monk DW goes to 225 last
I checked bard I think maxxes at 200 right?
