Yes, this is actually a gripe of mine too. As far as I know,
the damage/delay ratios on the best piercing weapons top out
around 0.28. Every piercing weapon with a higher ratio than
that is rogue-only. In contrast, there are several generic 1h
slash weapons that go all the way up to 0.33.
