When I fell off the first cliff out of HighHold, into the umm..abyss, in
East K., I took 9845 damage (I wrote it down, hehe) Of course, being a
level 4 or 5 bard, I died instantly. I still get nervous when traveling
down that &^%$&^% ramp. For the record, I made it through high-hold 15 or
20 times before I went on my dying streak. For some reason, I kept running
into those bandits, just opposite the keep. Took me a LONG time to get
straightened out on what path to take out of there. after about 6 or 8
deaths, I quit going that way, and usually go through
rivervale,misty,runnyeye,gorge to east k. And I usually wander through
misty, giving some newbies a bit of help on the way. Hehe, it's funny
putting a rat to sleep, and watching a level 1 or 2 swing, swing, swing,
hit, rat hits, nod, swing, swing, swing, hit, rat hits, nod, etc. Try it
sometime >8^)
