 </span></blockquote>Last night at an event in Unrest (an ogre warrior, a troll shaman, a dark<br/>
elf cleric, and a gnome rogue (GMs) decided to claim the mansion for<br/>
themselves), I happened upon a higher level bard with this little trinket.<br/>
I asked him about it, and he told me along with the light source it also<br/>
has five charges of Purge.  He didn&#39;t mention what Purge does, nor if it<br/>
were possible to recharge the horn.<br/>
