They changed it so you have a base 5% chance to miss a
note/fizzle a spell even with the simplest songs/spells.

High blues will resist a lot more than low blues.
Unfortunately, you inexplicably lose the ability to /con the
difference between high and low blue mobs when you reach level
25.
