I am trying to put together a comprehensive reference chart on all the skill
caps for skills that bards can have, including general skills and trade
skills. I have data for most of the bard-specific ones but am missing info
on some others, maybe some of you folks could help me fill in the blanks
(note that ones I was uncertain of I simply put a value of 200 - please
correct me if I am wrong):
