That's not accurate - Sierra Online IS going through re-structuring and are
closing the office where the team that was developing it - they claim that
they are going to re-staff it and product them game. Don't hold your breath
however. The following is from their website:

What happens to the Yosemite Entertainment projects: Middle Earth Online,
Babylon 5 Space Combat Simulator, and the Navy SEALS game? Does this mean a
push back in the release dates?
We're currently transitioning the Middle Earth and Babylon 5 projects to the
Bellevue office. Though all development team members have been invited to
relocate to Bellevue, we expect that some will seek other opportunities
instead. At this time, we can't predict how the transition will affect the
release dates of these projects, though with greater staffing and
development tool resources in our centralized location, we hope to keep
release date delays at a minimum. We'll pass along new information when it
becomes available.
