Seems to have a cap on it. But it is nice not to have all those annoying
little ouchies running dunes, etc. It does NOT save you from the fall of
HH Pass cliffs - I tested this just recently - quite by accident <eg>
I built my safe fall skill by taking small damage jumps off the side of the
fire tower in Lake Rathe between spawns. Jump of for 40 dmg - half a dozen
times then see skill has improved msg. Jump off for 50 dmg, half a dozen
times - see skill msg, jump off for 60 dmg never see skill msg - guess it
must be capped for me at that level (lo 20's).
