Yeah, but the death penalties are there only to provide a
counter to the positive reinforcement you get (experience,
loot) for killing things in stupid ways that involve you dying
several times. So we're not putting in negative reinforcement
just because, we're doing it to turn a positive reinforcement
for an "improper" activity into a negative reinforcement.
