I don't know, but every time I went back to one of the places we'd been
in virtually alone and explored, pushing deeper every time, and see the
little groups of campers camping one particular spawn, I feel like
yelling at them "What's the matter with you? Don't you know this is a
dungeon, not a bloody KOA?"

I think the willingness of people to do this, or accept it, is ruining
the game.
