I know for a fact that religion is used to determine faction as well. I'm not
positive about class, but I would suspect it to be true. The fact that
religion is used to determine some faction adjustments prompted me to declare
myself Agnostic when I created my bard. This choice may not have eliminated
all of my problems though, because as I said earlier in a Guk thread, they
attacked me on sight even though I'd never killed any of their kind.
