I'd have to say that Lullaby is great for saving your bacon when you
accidentally pull too many. Lament is a better planning tool to let you
hopefully not pull too many. I currently have bothe memmed. Lament for
regular use and Lullaby for those "Oh crap" moments, or when a couple
casters try to "bring their fireballs online" (blatant KODT ref). Do we
even have fireballs in EQ? Never even thought about playin' a wizard so
never though to look.

Mobs don't wake up from lament pissed off at the bard for one thing.
You'll get a lot less banged up and have a lot less downtime if you pull
one instead of trying to sleep 3-5.
